Frequently Asked Questions


Placing the items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. 

Yes! Beverley Hall ships internationally to 100+ countries. 

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Email me when in stock” button. When that item is back in stock, you’ll be the first to know. 

To find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under MY ACCOUNT. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

If your order is missing an item, we might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please contact with your order number and let us know which products you are missing. 

Beverley Hall Skin Care aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to be packed in our warehouse, but it may take as long as 5-7 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based on the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. 

All orders ship from our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

We offer international shipping, but at this time we are unable to ship to;

Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kitibati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Russia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.

While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reason we will not issue a refund. 


We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

If you would like to modify your order and it has not yet been processed, please email Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified. 

Please email us with a photo of your defective or incorrect item(s) along with your order number at We will gladly send you a replacement. 


Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot your password? Below Log In, and follow the instructions to reset it. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive.

You can change your login email address and password by clicking on “My Information” within your account. Please note that your email subscriptions will be sent to your new email address and any emails related to the order will go to the email address provided at checkout. 

To register for a Beverley Hall Skin Care account, you just need to provide your name, email address, and password.
Other account information like shipping, billing, and address can be provided later. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account. 


Our products are proudly made in Canada. 

Never. Beverley Hall Skin Care is a cruelty free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf. 

Yes. All products currently available at Beverley Hall Skin Care are vegan.

Beverley Hall Skin Care is paraben-free (and phthalate-free too).
